Build Your Career as a Site Engineer on a Landmark WA Project
At ConsultANZ, we are excited to be recruiting Site Engineers for one of Western Australia’s major mining projects. With the piling package alone valued at over $60 million, this role offers the chance to work with a top-tier contractor and be part of something career-defining.
This is a FIFO permanent role, open to candidates based anywhere in Australia, offering a competitive package of $80–100k base + super (depending on experience). If you’re ready to grow your career in civil engineering and piling, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Site Engineer on this project, you’ll play a key role in driving progress on the ground. From coordinating complex piling works like Secant Walls and Bored Piles with Segmental Casing, to keeping subcontractors and crews aligned, your day will be dynamic and hands-on.
You’ll attend construction meetings, oversee productivity and resource allocation, enforce safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship across piling operations. You’ll also support QA processes, including inspections and testing, and contribute to performance reviews for site staff.
This is not just another job—it’s an opportunity to develop your technical expertise, take ownership of site operations, and make a tangible impact on a large-scale project.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking Site Engineers with:
- A degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ site-based piling experience, ideally with exposure to Secant Walls and Bored Piles with Segmental Casing.
- A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results.
- The flexibility and resilience to work in FIFO conditions on remote sites.
Why Join?
Beyond a competitive salary of $80–100k + super, this role offers:
- Long-term career opportunities with a leading contractor.
- The chance to gain experience on a high-value project.
- A supportive team environment where safety and quality come first.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
This is a rare chance to work on a project of this scale while developing your career in civil and geotechnical engineering.
