Created in 2009 by social purpose business Wild Women On Top, Coastrek helps transform lives by empowering people to make time to lead healthier lifestyles through shared adventures in nature.
Since 2018, thousands of Coastrekkers have been making a positive impact on mental health in Australia by raising funds for Beyond Blue.
ConsultANZ is proud to be supporting Jacques Coetzee in his efforts to raise money for Beyond Blue.
Jacques will be taking part in Coastrek – a 60km walk to raise much-needed funds to help Australians affected by anxiety, depression and suicide.
What is Coastrek?
Coastrek is Australia’s premier charity hiking challenge for women. You can choose your adventure that suits your fitness level.
Walk 60km, 45km or 30km along Australia’s most spectacular coastlines to get fit with friends and raise funds for mental health.
They hold events across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide to raise money to support mental health in the community.
