Ferrovial has become the first infrastructure company in the world to provide its employees with a generative artificial intelligence tool to facilitate a large part of their day-to-day work and increase efficiency and competitiveness. The platform is part of the partnership with Microsoft, which aims to advance the development of digital solutions for the construction, infrastructure, and mobility industries.
A combination of advanced AI algorithms will support users, who can use the tool to write texts, analyze information, and summarize and translate documents, all under the employee’s supervision. A distinguishing feature of this virtual assistant, based on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services, is privacy since it has been designed to work in a secure data environment: it guarantees that the information to be processed is internal and, therefore, confidential.
