- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs and enhance project profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction management or any other relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Proficient in the use of project management software and financial tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Office-based work with a computer and project management software
- Adherence to standard office hours, with occasional overtime during critical project phases
- Potential travel to construction sites or company offices as needed
- Adaptability to occasional high-pressure situations
- Safety equipment must be worn on-site
- $140k- $180k per year in Australia
