Area Manager Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction and project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide engineering teams
- Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and evaluations
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting for performance assessment
- Familiarity with client and stakeholder coordination in an engineering context
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to form strong relationships with a variety of people
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions

Average Salary
- $90k – $110k per year in Australia
- $95k – $115k per year in New Zealand
